  • Teletskoye Lake
  • Teletskoye lake is the largest lake in the Altai Mountains. It has the depth of up to 325 m and is situated at a height of 434 m above the sea level. The lake is 78 km long and 5 km wide. It lies between the mountain ridges Korbu and Al-tyntu, on the junction of the Sailughem Mountains and the Western Sayans.
  • Chulyshmana valley
  • Chulyshmana Valley is a very beautiful natural canyon whose length is about 130 km.
  • Katu-Yaryk pass
  • Katu-Yaryk pass is a high mountain pass at the height of 1188 m above the sea level. Katy-Yaryk pass is the gate to the Chulyshmana valley.
  • Kyzyl-Chin
  • Kyzyl-Chin is a mountain that boasts great picturesque views. “Kyzyl-Chin” means “Red cliff” (as translated from the Altaian language). The layers of multi-colored clay make the mountain really unique. You will see such colors as yellow, white, orange, red, burgundy, etc. Many people believe that such a landscape could only exist on another planet (such as Mars).
  • Chuisky tract
  • Chuisky tract is believed to be the most pictureque of all the Russian roads. It is an ancient track from Siberia to Asia.
